At Ryan Perfumes, we are committed to bringing the magic of Arabian fragrances directly to your doorstep, anywhere in Sri Lanka. We take extra care in packaging our perfumes and decants to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable islandwide delivery with the following rates:

Note: Delivery to Colombo and suburbs often arrives within 1–2 business days.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or Email with your tracking details.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

3. Secure Packaging

Because we deal with glass bottles and precious liquids, we prioritize safety:

Leak-Proof Seals: All decants are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Protective Wrapping: Every order is securely bubble-wrapped and placed in a sturdy box to withstand handling.
Fragile Handling: Packages are clearly marked as fragile to ensure our courier partners handle your luxury scents with care.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is with our delivery partner, we will provide you with a Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package three times. If the delivery fails after three attempts (e.g., the customer was unavailable), the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur an additional delivery fee.
