Order Processing
- Orders are processed 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeline (Within Sri Lanka)
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your location.
- All orders are shipped via Sri Lanka Post – Speed Post for reliable tracking and service.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your perfume purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.
Returns Accepted
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged upon delivery or you receive the wrong item.
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Returns Not Accepted
- Opened, used, or tested perfumes (due to hygiene reasons).
- Change of mind after opening the product.
How to Request a Return

- Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, send the product back (we’ll provide instructions).
- After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
