Refund and Returns Policy

At Ryan Perfumes, we want every soul to find their perfect scent. We take great pride in the authenticity and quality of our Arabian perfumes and hand-poured decants. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and unopened (the cellophane wrap must be intact for full bottles).
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Decants: Since our 5ml and 10ml decants are custom-poured to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are the incorrect item. We recommend reading our detailed scent descriptions before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we sent you the wrong fragrance, please contact us immediately:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide a clear photo or video of the damaged item/incorrect bottle.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perfumes that have been unboxed and sprayed.
- Decants (unless damaged).
- Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or using a special promotional discount.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges (Rs. 350) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an unopened bottle for a different scent, please contact us at info@ryan.lk to discuss availability. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
